Camp Lift-A-Lot – Spring Session 2017

Diabetes Solutions and PACER Fitness Center invite your teen or tween (ages 10 – 17 years) with type 1 diabetes (T1D) to attend Camp Lift-A-Lot. This program is a great way for teens and tweens to improve their physical performance and HAVE FUN!!! Campers will learn important strategies for managing diabetes while increasing their overall fitness. Plus, we are going to incorporate group games such as dodge ball, sprout ball, Capture the Flag and other exciting games!

Program instructor Luke Larson is a U.S.A. Sports Performance Coach, Certified Personal Trainer, Camp Endres Counselor and a person with type 1 diabetes (PWD).
