We have a variety of programs that you can get involved in, and more are in the works.
Camp Endres is a summer camp for children and teens with diabetes. We know that kids like to come to Camp Endres because of all the fun activities such as swimming, horseback riding, archery, boating, hiking, fishing, climbing The Wall and Capture the Flag to name a few.
Camp NoHiLo is a day camp for children with diabetes that fosters increased confidence and self-esteem, responsibility and age appropriate independence in diabetes care. Campers enjoy traditional indoor and outdoor activities while meeting other children with diabetes.

DSOK provides “fun in the snow” for families affected by type 1 diabetes. This event is held each year in early December at the Bricktown Ballpark.
Date: Saturday, December 7th
Time: 9 AM – 11:30 AM
This is a one day community event for anyone with type 1 diabetes, their families and their support systems. It features presentations by nationally recognized and local diabetes experts as well as opportunities for interaction with others who face similar obstacles in diabetes management.
DSOK sponsors a “Potluck Picnic” each spring at the Stars & Stripes Park on the south shore of Lake Hefner. This event is open to anyone affected by type 1 diabetes and their families. Exact date and time will be posted soon.
This is a weekend snow skiing trip for youths ages 13-18 with type 1 diabetes. The goal of this trip is to promote active healthy lifestyles and foster self esteem, responsibility and independence in diabetes care.
