HundredX Survey Fundraiser
April 26 - May 30th
For the last 3 years, we have hosted our HundredX Survey campaign, where participants would complete surveys and help raise money for DSOK and Camp Endres. In an effort to assist our families in these tough times, this year the HundredX Surveys can benefit your camper!
- For every 75 surveys completed, campers receive a $50 credit for camp! You must complete the full 75 surveys to receive a credit.
- This fundraiser will start May 1st, 2024 and run through May 30th, 2024.
- To participate in this fundraiser, participants will sign up with their email address or phone number. Each email address/phone number used can only receive a credit for 75 surveys total, but there is no limit to the amount of email addresses you can use to complete the surveys.
- Daily Max: each participant can complete up to 25 feedback a day (minimum 3 days to complete all 75).
- HundredX has informed us that quality controls have stepped up. YOU MUST SPEND A MINIMUM OF 40 SECONDS PER SURVEY for quality control! Non quality feedback will be omitted from counting toward your total.
Each day after completing your 25 surveys, you will receive an email or text informing you that you have completed the daily total. To claim your credit(s), you will need send a screenshot of the email or text stating that you have completed your max 75 surveys. You will send these screenshots to HundredX@dsok.net with the email address you used to complete your surveys and the camper’s name to receive the credit. Once we have confirmed your 75 surveys, the scholarship will be updated in your campers CampDocs portal. The participant must be registered for their camp session at the time of completion to receive the credit.

How long does it take to complete 75 surveys?
Each feedback survey takes less than 1 minute. For quality control, you must spend a minimum of 40 seconds per survey. You can only take 25 surveys per day, collecting your full 75 surveys over 3 days.
What if I don't complete all 75 surveys?
DSOK will receive credit for your surveys, even if you do not complete the max of 75. By completing the max count of 75 surveys, you are able to claim your $50 credit towards Camp Endres 2024. You must complete all 75 surveys to receive the credit.
Can I complete surveys without attending Camp Endres?
Yes! Anyone completing surveys will help raise money for DSOK and Camp Endres.
How do I claim my $50 credit for camp after completing 75 surveys?
Each day after completing your 25 surveys, you will receive an email or text informing you that you have completed the daily total. To claim your credit(s), you will need send a screenshot of the email or text FROM EACH DAY (equaling 3 screenshots total). You will send these screenshots to HundredX@dsok.net with the email address you used to complete your surveys and the camper’s name to receive the credit.
