The HundredX Survey campaign, allows participants to complete surveys and help raise money for DSOK and Camp Endres. In an effort to assist our families in these tough times, this year the HundredX Surveys can benefit your camper!

• For every 75 surveys completed, campers receive a $50 credit for camp! You must complete the full 75 surveys to receive a credit. 
• Dates for our 2026 fundraiser is April 1st - 30th. They may extend this if funds are still available.
• To participate in this fundraiser, participants will sign up with their email address or phone number.
• While there is no limit to the amount of email addresses you can use to complete the surveys, HundredX will screen for repeated names for participants. YOU CAN ONLY RECIEVE 1 CREDIT PER NAME USED.
• Daily Max: each participant can complete up to 25 feedback a day (minimum 3 days to complete all 75).
• HundredX has informed us that quality controls have stepped up. YOU MUST SPEND A MINIMUM OF 40 SECONDS PER SURVEY for quality control! Non quality feedback will be omitted from counting toward your total.
• You must complete ALL 75 surveys over the 3 days to receive credit. We can not reward credit to participating emails/phone numbers who do not complete the full survey set.

Each day after completing your 25 surveys, you will receive an email or text informing you that you have completed the daily total. To claim your credit(s), you will need send a screenshot of (or forward) the email/text stating that you have completed your max 75 surveys to us. Send theses to HundredX@dsok.net with the email address used, name you used, and the camper’s name to receive the credit.  Once we have confirmed your 75 surveys, the credit will be updated in your campers CampDocs portal. The participant must be registered for their camp session at the time of completion to receive the credit.
