Camp Endres Summer Staff
*All participants must have a balance of $0 to be a staff member at Camp Endres.*
Why Join Our Team?
Being on the Camp Endres Summer Staff is more than just a summer job—it’s an opportunity to make a lasting difference. As a staff member, you’ll play a key role in creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment for campers living with type 1 diabetes and their families. Along the way, you’ll build lifelong friendships, strengthen leadership skills, and be part of a mission that changes lives—including your own.
Whether you live with T1D or not, joining our team means becoming part of a passionate community dedicated to empowering others, fostering independence, and reminding every camper that diabetes doesn’t define them.

What we do.
Our summer staff works together to bring the magic of Camp Endres to life across all three summer sessions. Staff responsibilities include leading activities, mentoring campers, ensuring safety, and supporting diabetes management with compassion and care. Beyond daily duties, staff also participate in the fun—talent shows, color wars, outdoor adventures, dances, and so much more.
Together, we create an environment where campers feel seen, supported, and celebrated—and where staff gain an unforgettable summer of growth, purpose, and connection.
